4 Ingredient Parmesan Cheese Mochi Bread

The simplest recipe for the best tasting mochi bread.




I've been obsessed with Four Leave's cheese mochi bread for years. Today I tried a recipe to see whether I could replicate it. A quick search on TikTok led me to a recipe by TikTok user @viviannecafe. I've tried this recipe and approve it.


Ingredients:

100g Glutinous Rice Flour

100ml Milk

2 teaspoons of Oil

50g Parmesan Cheese


Instructions:

  1. Combine and knead the milk and glutinous rice flour.

  2. Add the oil and knead.

  3. Knead in the parmesan cheese balls

  4. Roll into balls and bake at 175 degrees celcius for 15 minutes


The outcome will be a chewy, savoury cheese mochi bread. It stretches like a mochi. Definitely a recipe to try when you are free!
